The JHJH Ambassador Guide

A 5-chapter instructional guide that serves as a primer not only on the Iron Woman Skilling Program but on the issue of women in STEM more generally. The guide covers topics such as global and national trends of women in STEM fields, common societal factors contributing to this disparity in representation, the cryogenic industry, and career paths available therein. The Guide is to be read in tandem with the JHJH Outreach Sessions where the founder will instruct Iron Women Skilling Program members on how to conduct targeted community outreach to facilitate greater STEM participation from underserved Indian women.
